GENERAL
INFORMATION
Thank you booking with Supreme Travel & Tours. Please ensure that you are
in possession of the necessary documentation for your entire journey. Flight
times shown are local and all return or outbound flights and check-in must be
reconfirm at least 72hrs before departure. If we can help you with car hire or
hotels do not hesitate to contact us.
STATUS
Confirmed reservations are marked OK in the ticket status box. This means the
airline has accepted your reservation subject to usual conditions. RQ means on
request and WL means waitlist.
FLIGHT RE-CONFIRMATION
All onward and return flights must be re-confirmed with the relevant airlines.
Supreme Travel & Tours accepts no responsibility for bookings cancelled due to
non-compliance with the particular airline's rules or for any flight
re-scheduling en route. Unless we advise you to re-confirm the first flight out
of the U.K. there is no need to do so.
PAYMENT
The conditions of payment for flights and tour bookings vary from one operator
to another and we shall advise you of the payment schedule for your particular
itinerary. Please note that airfares are constantly changing and usually
increasing. Generally little notice is given of such increases but rarely
affects tickets already issued. It is therefore in your interest to finalise
payment as soon as is practicable and even before any final payment date given
overleaf. If payment is made by cheque, we require seven working days for its
clearance.
TICKETING
Ticket is posted by first class ordinary mail at the client's risk. Should you
wish to make alternative arrangements to ticket handover please advise Supreme Travel &
Tours personnel of your instructions at the time of booking.
PASSPORT/VISA/HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
It is incumbent upon the client that she/he is fully aware of all health, visa,
passport and insurance requirement for the itinerary to be undertaken. Many
countries require that your passport should be valid for a minimum of six months
from the date of your journey.
CANCELLATION/AMENDMENTS/REFUNDS
It is important that you are aware of cancellation and administrative charges
relating to your contract with Supreme Travel & Tours. The situation regarding
refunds and cancellation and amendments varies from carrier to carrier.
Following are the general conditions. This list is not exhaustive and the
clients should request details from our staff in respect of their particular
case. Cancellation charges do not apply if flights cannot be confirmed. If you
have to cancel your booking(s) for any reason whatsoever the client who
originally made the booking must inform us of the same in writing. We shall not
be responsible for the non-performance of any itinerary through causes beyond
our control or when we are not notified of a problem at the stage when remedial
action may be taken.
INSURANCE
All the following charges if incurred involuntarily may be covered by insurance
taken out at the time of booking. Insurance cover is strongly recommended.
AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
All amendments and cancellations carry charges. The cost of amendments to
original bookings and cancellations varies according to the fare basis of the
ticket and rules of the carriage/operator. Many special fares are
non-refundable, non-endurable and many changes made are not permitted.
There is no refund value for any part used ticket.
No show charges vary from 50% to 100%.
Please check the amount payable before authorising any charges.
REFUND
Tickets returned for refund in accordance with booking conditions will be return
by us to the consolidator or airline. When we are refunded by the airline or
consolidator, but not before, we shall forward a refund to you minus any
administrative charges. Please note that airline refunds for part-used tickets
and the return half of tickets are always less than the pro rata rate and in
some cases may have no refund value at all. Refunds usually take 8 to 13 weeks
but may take longer. Tickets, which are returned more than one year from date of
issue ma be classified as expired by the airline and have no refund value. In
the case of stolen or lost ticket certain airlines will not issue duplicates
automatically and you would have to purchase new tickets locally at the local
fare. The delay may be 18 months before we receive authority from the airline to
make any refund.
